Who we are
This website belongs to Circle C Bar Horses & Training, 590 E 100 S, Moroni, UT 84646. You can reach us at contact@circlecbarhorses.com or (801) 400-4872.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your name and email address (needed so we can answer)
- your phone number and your horse's name, if you give them
- what you are here for, and the message you write
- whether you ticked the box asking for the monthly barn note
The site has no accounts, no adverts, no tracking or analytics scripts, and it sets no cookies. If you switch between the light and dark look, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to talk with you about your horse and the work you are asking about. If you ticked the barn note box, to send you that note. The box starts empty, and nobody is added without ticking it. We do not sell what you send us, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their marketing.
Where it goes
Two companies handle your message on its way to us:
- Resend (resend.com), our email provider. The form hands your message to Resend, which delivers it as an email to our inbox at contact@circlecbarhorses.com. Resend keeps its own record of emails it sends.
- Vercel (vercel.com), which hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles each request to the site, including the internet address (IP address) it comes from, and keeps short-lived technical logs.
When you send the form, the site also uses your internet address for a few minutes to stop automated floods of messages. That is held in memory only and is not saved.
The site links out to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Nothing is sent to them unless you follow one of those links, and what they do then is covered by their own policies.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to answer you and to work with you and your horse. We do not have a fixed schedule for clearing old messages. Ask and we will delete yours.
Seeing, fixing or deleting what we hold
Write to contact@circlecbarhorses.com from the address you used, and tell us whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or everything deleted. We will do it and write back to confirm. To stop the barn note, reply to any one of them or write to the same address.
Children
This site is for horse owners and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their details. If you think a child has sent us some, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
